Læknir tjáir sig um svínaflensubóluefni

Dr. Roby Mitchell var spurður af hópi hjúkrunarfræðinga hvort þau ættu að láta bólusetja sig, sem hann ráðlagði þeim í fyrstu að gera. Eftir að hafa lesið innihaldslýsingu og fylgiseðla með bóluefnunum brá honum þó heldur betur í brún og dró til baka fyrri ráðleggingar og hvetur nú fólk til að forðast bóluefnið eins og heitan eldinn. Ég ætla ekki að reyna að leggja mat á trúverðugleika þessa manns sérstaklega, en hvet hinsvegar fólk til lesa sjálft fylgiseðlana og mynda sér sjálfstæða skoðun eftir að hlusta á útskýringar hans. Tekið skal fram að hér er ekki verið að bera á borð neinar samsæriskenningar heldur er Dr. Mitchell eingöngu að leggja fram læknisfræðilegt mat byggt á fyrirliggjandi upplýsingum og styður það með gögnum sem eru flestum aðgengileg.

Af hverju er verið að gera svona mikið útúr þessari svínaflensu?..   2 words, Population control.  Hvernig er hægt að stemma stigi við offjölgun í heiminum?.  með því að gera stóran hluta mannkynsins ófrjóa. Hvernig er það hægt?.. jú með því að blása einhvern lítinn faraldur "outof proportions" og koma svo með bólusetningu gegn ímyndaðri ógn.

Þessi leið eða aðferð (Vaccine eða wonderdrug gefið til almennings) til að gelda stóran hluta af mannkyninu hefur oft komið fram í vísindaskáldskap.

En þetta er líklegast bara fjölmiðlafár útaf engu einsog hefur svo oft gerst áður og það samanvofið við "Big Pharma" að reyna að selja nokkra milljón skammta af bóluefninu sínu.

 "The basic thesis of the memorandum was that population growth in the least developed countries (LDCs) is a concern to U.S. national security... The report advocates the promotion of education and contraception and other population control measures. It also raises the question of whether the U.S. should consider preferential allocation of surplus food supplies to states that are deemed constructive in use of population control measures. The Supreme Court of the Philippines found the surreptitious sterilization program had already vaccinated three million women, aged 12 to 45. B-hCG-laced vaccine was also found in at least four other developing countries."

Baxter: Product contained live bird flu virus

"The company that released contaminated flu virus material from a plant in Austria confirmed Friday that the experimental product contained live H5N1 avian flu viruses.

The contamination incident, which is being investigated by the four European countries, came to light when the subcontractor in the Czech Republic inoculated ferrets with the product and they died. Ferrets shouldn’t die from exposure to human H3N2 flu viruses.

While H5N1 doesn’t easily infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone exposed to a mixture of the two had been simultaneously infected with both strains, he or she could have served as an incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to and among people.

That mixing process, called reassortment, is one of two ways pandemic viruses are created."

"The World Health Organization is investigating a claim by an Australian researcher that the swine flu virus circling the globe may have been created as a result of human error.

Adrian Gibbs, 75, who collaborated on research that led to the development of Roche Holding AG’s Tamiflu drug, said in an interview that he intends to publish a report suggesting the new strain may have accidentally evolved in eggs scientists use to grow viruses and drugmakers use to make vaccines. Gibbs said he came to his conclusion as part of an effort to trace the virus’s origins by analyzing its genetic blueprint."

Nýlega kom svo í ljós í Þýskalandi að þar stóð til að bóluseta almenning með bóluefni sem inniheldur bæði squalene (efni sem líkist hormónum í taugakerfinu og getur valdið svokölluðu Guillain–Barré heilkenni, sjá næstu málsgrein) og thimerosal ("ónæmishvati" sem inniheldur eitraða þungmálminn kvikasilfur). Valdastéttin í Þýskalandi, ráðherrar og aðrir embættismenn, áttu hinsvegar að fá aðra tegund bóluefnis sem innihélt ekki þessi varasömu aukaefni. Þetta mál olli talsverðu fjaðrafoki þar í landi þegar upp komst.

Í síðustu viku sagði ég frá því að 14 ára drengur í Virginiuríki BNA hefði greinst með Guillain–Barré heilkenni eftir að hafa verið sprautaður með bóluefni gegn svínaflensu:

"Heilkenni þetta er ákveðin tegund sjálfsofnæmis sem lýsir sér með því því að ónæmiskerfið byrjar að ráðast á taugakerfi sjúklingsins sem leiðir til lömunar, fyrst í útlimum, en breiðist svo út um líkamann og getur valdið öndunarerfiðleikum sem dregið geta sjúklinginn til dauða. Þetta heilkenni er vel þekkt aukaverkun af inflúensubóluefnum, en síðast þegar svínaflensa kom upp í Bandaríkjunum árið 1976 neyddust heilbrigðisyfirvöld á endanum til að hætta öllum bólusetningum vegna fjölda tilfella af Guillain–Barré sem komu upp í kjölfarið. Það voru bókstaflega fleiri sem drápust af bóluefninu en af flensunni sem því var ætlað að fyrirbyggja!"

Einn af eigendum einkaleyfisins á flensulyfinu Tamiflu er enginn annar en Donald Rumsfeld, stríðsherrann sjálfur. Það er umhugsunarefni hverjir það eru sem græða á þessum farsóttum öllum saman, sérstaklega þegar það er skoðað hvernig embættismenn WHO sem eru margir á launum hjá lyfjaframleiðendum hafa lagt mikla áherslu á að láta bólsetja sem flesta = fleiri seldar einingar og meiri hagnaður fyrir "big pharma". Ef einhverjum þykir þetta langsótt þá skora ég á viðkomandi að velta fyrir sér boðsferðum íslenskra lækna á vegum lyfjafyrirtækja og -innflytjenda sem eru vel þekkt staðreynd og ein af birtingarmyndum þess hvernig þessi bransi virkar í raun og veru.
